Useful information for your holiday in an apartment at Feriendorf Wallenburg
The prices displayed online are based on the daily price per apartment. To experience the exact price, click on book online and enter the desired date. When making a booking, the following services are included:

Your faithful four-legged friend is more than welcome with us. Generally, we accept 1 dog per apartment and ask for your understanding not to let the dog roam freely in our park. Check-in: 3:00 – 6:00 pm
The rented apartment is available from 3:00 pm on the agreed day of arrival. Arrival before 3:00 pm is possible only by arrangement and may incur additional costs. The reception is generally open until 6:00 pm. If arrival – planned or unplanned – is after 6:00 pm, please inform us by phone or email.
Check-out: 8:00 – 10:00 am
The rented apartment must be vacated and made available by 10:00 am on the agreed day of departure. If a departure after 10:00 am is desired, this can only be arranged with Feriendorf Wallenburg. Additional charges may apply.
To finalize the booking, we request a deposit of 20% of the total amount. The exact amount of the deposit and the payment deadline are indicated in the individual booking confirmation. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid.
The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation. For reservations made within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total rental amount must be paid immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation before the apartment can be occupied.
In case you wish to cancel a booking, this must be notified in writing. Cancellation is confirmed only after written confirmation from Feriendorf Wallenburg.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Once the deposit is paid, the booking is final, and in case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation within 6 weeks before the day of arrival incurs a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation within 4 weeks before the day of arrival incurs a charge of 75% of the total amount.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks before the day of arrival incurs a charge of 100% of the total amount.
